For a second consecutive year, initiation sessions to pickleball are offered to adults in Saint-Lazare. Games take place on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Blueberry Hill outdoor playground.
Pickleball is a racket sport easier to play and gentler on the muscles and articulations than other traditional racket sports like tennis and badminton; the racket is smaller and looks like a racketball racket and the ball is a made of plastic, so very light.
Teaching is offered by a sport volunteer, Serge Roy.
